There are several ways to assign a task to a group or multiple groups within your organization.

Group Owners and Group Admins can:

  • Assign group tasks within a specific group

  • Assign tasks to group(s) in a meeting

  • Assign tasks to groups from the minutes

II. Assign tasks within a specific group

Administrators, group owners and group admins can view and assign tasks within a specific group.
Step 1: Select Groups from the left navigation menu.
Step 2: From the list of groups select the group you want to assign the task to.

Step 3: Go to a group’s landing page
Step 4: In the Uncompleted Tasks section, click +Add Task.

Step 5: Enter in the task details and due date (optional).
Step 6: The box next to the group name will be automatically checked.
Step 7: Click "Save"
Step 8: You can view the group assigned task on the group’s landing page. 

II. Viewing Tasks on the Group Page 

Administrators, group owners and group admins can view all completed and uncompleted group tasks on the group’s landing page.

Step 1: To view tasks on the group page, select Groups from the left navigation menu.
Step 2: From the list of groups, select the group you want to view.

Step 3: Go to a group’s landing page,
Step 4: You can view the entire group’s assigned tasks in the Uncompleted Tasks section.

III. Assign tasks to groups(s) in a meeting

Administrators, group owners and group admins can view and assign tasks to groups in a meeting.

Step 1: Select your desired meeting, from the meeting’s landing page then select +Add Task.

Step 2: Enter in the task details
Step 3: Due date (optional),
Step 4: Select the group(s) you want to assign the task to
Step 5: click Save. 

IV. Assign tasks to groups(s) in from minutes

Administrators, group owners and group admins can assign tasks to groups from the minutes page.

Step 1: After building your agenda, from the meeting’s landing page,
Step 2: Click Take Minutes.
Step 3: Enter in the task details in the text field
Step 4: select Task from the dropdown menu
Step 5: Click Save. 

Step 6: Click on the task to assign it to a specific group and 

Step 7: Enter in a due date (optional),
Step 8: select the group(s) you want to assign the task to
Step 9: Click Save.

V. Multi-User Task Notifications

Administrators, group owners and group admins can receive notifications for each individual group task completion and when the entire group has completed the task.
