Are you receiving twice the email notifications for the same Meeting or Poll? You may have your login email listed in the Notifications section of your Boardable profile.

Follow the four steps below to see if this solution works for you:


Step 1: Navigate to your My Profile section in the top right corner of Boardable

Step 2: Click the Notifications section of your profile Settings on the left

Step 3: Check if the email address you use to log into Boardable is also listed in the Additional Email Addresses for Notifications field

Step 4: If your login email address is listed, delete it from that field and hit Save


Unless you've disabled or grouped the frequency of your email notifications, you will receive one email notification per Meeting or Poll to your login email by default. The Additional Email Addresses for Notifications field is best used for individuals who help you manage your calendar or need to know if you'll be attending a board meeting, like an Executive or Administrative Assistant.

If you're still receiving duplicate email notifications per Meeting or Poll and your login email address is not listed in the Notifications section, please contact our Product Support Team via email or click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
