I. Update from Meeting Invite

RSVP can be done from the meeting invite received via email.

  1. Open the email

  2. Click the appropriate response

    1. The email invite will look similar to this for gmail

    2. The email invite will look similar to this for other types of email applications

II. Update from Dashboard

The current RSVP status for upcoming meetings can be viewed and updated from the Dashboard.

  1. Click Dashboard from the main menu panel

  2. Scroll down to Upcoming

    1. The option to RSVP or the current RSVP will be displayed next to the meeting name.

    2. To RSVP, simply choose an option

    3. To update the current RSVP, click on the current response and then select a new option

III. Update on Meeting Page

  1. Access the Meeting Page in one of the following ways:

    1. Through Meetings:

      1. Click Meetings from the main menu panel to access the list of current meetings

      2. Click on the meeting name to open the meeting page

        1. Click View More at the bottom of the meetings list if the meeting date is a later date than those displayed

        2. Click Upcoming Unpublished if the meeting is not yet published at all

    2. Through My Groups:

      1. Click My Groups from the main menu panel to show the drop-down list of personal groups

      2. Click on the appropriate group's name associated with the meeting

      3. Click on the meeting name from the group page to open the meeting page

    3. From the Calendar:

      1. Click Calendar from the main menu panel

      2. Navigate to the date / time of the meeting

      3. Click on the meeting name to open the meeting page

  2. If no RSVP previously exists, the meeting page will show all available responses

    1. Click the appropriate response

  3. If an RSVP is already entered, click on the current response to reveal the available responses

    1. Click the new appropriate response
