I. Increase / Decrease # of Users from Subscription Dashboard

Note: the number of users can only be decreased if the new number is greater than the current active number of users.

The fastest way to change the number of users is directly from the Subscription Dashboard! Follow these steps:

  1. Click Subscription from the main menu panel to view the Subscription Dashboard

  2. In the User Limits section, click - (if available) or + under Add/Remove Users to increase or decrease in increments of 5

    1. As + or - are clicked, a button appears describing the action being taken, such as Add 10 users

    2. Click the button to confirm

  3. A pop-up will display the amount due

    1. Click the Apply coupon button to enter coupon information if applicable

    2. Click Proceed To Checkout

  4. Click Next after filling in account details

  5. Verify that everything looks accurate

    1. Click Edit next to a section if updates are needed

    2. Click the Apply coupon button to enter coupon information if one has been provided or if it was not entered on the previous screen

    3. Click the box to agree to terms of service and privacy policy after reading them

    4. Click the Pay & Subscribe button

  6. The number of users for the organization's current plan has been updated and the Account Holder will be notified by email

II. Increase / Decrease # of Users from Subscription Page

To change the number of users on the current plan from the Subscription Page, follow these steps:

  1. Click Subscription from the main menu panel to view the Subscription Dashboard

  2. Click the Change Plan button

  3. The Subscription Page is displayed; note which plan is the Current Plan (displayed by the plan's name) - it will also have a box that says Selected

    1. if your organization has grandfathered pricing, the monthly / annual price displayed may not match the organization's current pricing - the bundled user pricing will be calculated based on current plan and bundles previously purchased

  4. Click Add Users to Plan

  5. Change the number of users by utilizing the plus and minus signs on either side of the number; the numbers will jump in increments of 5 (which equals 1 bundle)

    1. When satisfied with the new number of users, click the Choose Plan button

  6. A pop-up will display the amount due

    1. Click the Apply coupon button to enter coupon information if one has been provided

    2. Click Proceed To Checkout

  7. Click Next after filling in account details

  8. Verify that everything looks accurate

    1. Click Edit next to a section if updates are needed

    2. Click the Apply coupon button to enter coupon information if one has been provided or if it was not entered on the previous screen

    3. Click the box to agree to terms of service and privacy policy after reading them

    4. Click the Pay & Subscribe button

  9. The number of users for the organization's current plan has been updated and the Account Holder will be notified by email
