Check Zoom Integration Health
Learn how to check your account and meetings to ensure that Zoom is integrated properly. This is very important if using a shared account.

Introduction

There are a few places to verify that Zoom is integrated and working properly on your account. One is through profile settings to check the overall integration, and the other two can be utilized to check the health of a particular meeting (either one).

Note: Issues generally occur when accounts are shared, mainly due to how Zoom detects accounts being shared on different devices.

I. Check Overall Integration - My Profile Settings

To check overall integration:

  1. Click your name and the top of the Boardable window

  2. Click My Profile

  3. Click Zoom Integration

  4. Check to ensure that the image and Zoom information is displayed correctly

    1. Below are two views - one where the account has an image saved and the other where it doesn't - both are healthy integrations

II. Check Meeting - Edit Meeting

The meeting can be checked using this option OR by clicking the Join Meeting button. Please refer to Check Meeting - Boardable Meeting Link for the other option.

  1. Navigate to the meeting page

  2. Click Edit Meeting Info in the right menu panel

  3. Check to ensure that Zoom is selected under Video Options and a Meeting ID is displayed

III. Check Meeting - Boardable Meeting Link

The meeting can be checked using this option OR by editing the meeting. Please refer to Check Meeting - Edit Meeting for the other option.

  1. Navigate to the meeting page

  2. Click Join Meeting

  3. Check to ensure a Meeting ID is properly displayed above the Open Zoom button
