We discovered an issue impacting customers across various timezones who use Google or Apple iCloud Calendars (not integrated with Boardable) that resulted in monthly recurring meetings displaying one day after its scheduled time on the calendar.

Incident Status: Resolved on Thursday, February 24, 2021 at 3:19PM EST.

For any affected meetings, we recommend sending an updated calendar invitation to ensure the meeting is displayed on everyone's calendar correctly. Admins and meeting creators can do this by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Select a recurring meeting impacted by this incident

  • Step 2: Click on Recurring Meeting Settings from the right navigation menu

  • Step 3: Select the primary meeting

Note: It's critical to select the primary meeting in order to resolve this issue.

  • Step 4: From the meeting page, click on the Send Update Notifications button from the right navigation menu.

Step 5: Ensure the box is checked next to Send email calendar invite/event update, select Everyone, and click Send

​Meeting invitees will receive an updated calendar invitation with the correct date and time reflected.

Note: Please share this information with other meeting creators who are not Admins.
