Add Individual Meeting to External Calendar

Important Note: if this option is used, the specific meeting added to a desired calendar will not update in that calendar if the meeting is edited in Boardable; this process would need to be repeated following edits.

There is an option to directly add a meeting to an external calendar. To directly add an individual meeting to another desired calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the meeting's meeting page

  2. Click Add to Calendar displayed next to the meeting date

    1. Click the appropriate calendar preference from the drop down menu

Note: if the meeting is a multi-day or recurring meeting, the above steps would need to be repeated for each instance of the meeting.
