I. Goals

Goals that are not archived can be viewed in the mobile app.

There are two ways to view the full list of active goals:

  1. From the Home screen

    1. Near the bottom of the Home screen next to Goals, tap View All

      1. From the list of goals displayed, tap the goal name to view details

  2. From the bottom menu

    1. Tap More to reveal a side menu

      1. Note: users with the role of Observer will not see the Docs option

    2. Tap Goals

      1. From the list of goals displayed, tap the goal name to view details

To view a quick summary of the goals, swipe through them on the Home screen by lightly pressing your finger on the Goals section and swiping left. To view details, tap any goal displayed.

II. Polls

Polls can be viewed in the mobile app. The ability to respond to a poll is also available.

Notes:

  • Due date, comments and documents attached to a poll are not visible in the mobile app

  • Unpublished or closed (past due date) polls are not displayed in the mobile app

  • Polls will be displayed on a meeting page, but not a group page - all polls are visible through More, Polls menu

  • Incomplete polls are polls that the specific user has not yet voted on. Complete polls are polls that the specific user has responded to and are still open

To access and respond to polls:

  1. Tap More from the bottom menu

    1. Note: users with the role of Observer will not see the Docs option

  2. Tap Polls

  3. Incomplete polls will be displayed by default - if a description was added to the poll, it will be visible under the poll name

    1. To view completed polls, tap Complete

      1. The answer you provided is displayed

      2. The percentages on the side of the answers will adjust as voting continues, but it will not display how many more votes are pending

    2. To go back to incomplete polls, tap Incomplete

      1. The polls that you personally have not completed are listed

  4. To respond to a poll

    1. Tap the desired response

    2. Tap Submit

    3. The poll will then move to the Complete tab

  5. Tap the back arrow at the top of the screen to go back to the Home screen (or the meeting page if the poll list was accessed through a meeting page)

III. Tasks

Tasks can be viewed in the mobile app. The ability to mark a task complete is also available.

Notes:

  • Comments, and documents attached to a task are not visible in the mobile app

  • Due dates for tasks are only displayed on the Home screen

  • Tasks displayed are assigned to the specific user for completion; Organization Admins will not see tasks they have assigned to others

  • Incomplete tasks are tasks that the specific user has not yet completed; Complete tasks are those that the specific user has completed

  • The status of tasks not assigned to the specific user are not displayed

There are two ways to view the full list of tasks:

  1. From the Home screen

    1. All incomplete tasks are listed on the Home screen.

    2. The task date (if assigned) and status (overdue) are also listed on the Home screen

    3. To view all tasks, tap any task or tap View All

  2. From the bottom menu

    1. Tap More to reveal a side menu

    2. Tap Tasks

When the task list is open:

  • Incomplete tasks will be displayed by default

    • Tap Complete to view completed tasks

      • These are tasks that you personally have completed (if others are assigned to the task, their status will not be included here)

      • Tap the check box to remove the checkmark if the task was marked complete in error (the task will move to the Incomplete tab)

    • Tap Incomplete to view incomplete tasks

      • These are tasks that you have not completed

      • Tap the check box to mark the task complete with a checkmark (the task will move to the Complete tab)

      • Note: to view the due date of a task, check the Home screen

  • Tap the back arrow at the top of the screen to go back to the Home screen (or the meeting page if the task list was accessed through a meeting page)
