I. Edit Files

To edit a file in the Document Center:

  1. Navigate to the location of the file

  2. Click on the name of the file

  3. Click edit on the right side of the page

  4. The following updates can be made:

    1. Upload a new file - replaces the current file

    2. Change the Title

    3. Edit Notes

  5. Click Save

    1. Note that Delete Document is also available from here

II. Move Files

Organization Admins can move any files. Members can only move files they uploaded.

To move a file in the Document Center:

  1. Navigate to the file to move

  2. Click the ellipsis menu and then click Move

    1. The menu options may be different depending on type of file selected

  3. A Move pop-up window displays with the list of available folders

    1. Select the appropriate folder and click Save

      1. Select the organization name to move the file to the main page of the Document Center

III. Delete Files

Organization Admins can delete any files. Members can only delete files they uploaded.

Note: this cannot be undone!

To delete a file in the Document Center:

  1. Navigate to the file to delete

  2. Click the ellipsis menu and then click Delete

    1. The menu options may be different depending on type of file selected

  3. The Are you sure? pop-up window displays

    1. Click OK
