Navigate to Boardable Meeting Page

There are several ways to get to the meeting page. The most convenient way will vary depending on the role assigned, permissions available, and what feels the most user-friendly. There are four basic ways (outlined below) to get to a meeting's meeting page:

  1. Home: this is the first page seen when logging in to Boardable and could be a very convenient way to access the meeting page when not doing other business

  2. Meetings: if available, the Meetings page lists all of the meetings

  3. Calendar: this could be an external calendar that has a link that then brings the user to the Boardable log in page (if not already signed in), and then to the meeting page. The instructions below are a guide in regards to logging in to Boardable and then finding the meeting via the Boardable calendar.

  4. Groups / My Groups: if the meeting is associated with a group, and if already working on the group page, this is a very convenient way to open the meeting page
