I. Introduction to Document Center Organization

The Document Center supports five great options to keep documents organized and easily findable:

  • Drag and drop

  • Sort by name

  • Sort by date

  • Star

By default, new files are sorted by upload date until any changes are made to this sorting order via drag-and drop (for more on this, please see Section III.)

After this first change, all files below the dragged file and the first file above it make a new sorting group. Files uploaded after this are placed above the group.

II. Sort Files by Name or Date

Note: file order reverts to Default between Document Center visits.

To sort files alphabetically, or by date of upload:

  1. Click Sort by at the top of the document list

    1. The following options drop down:

      1. Default

      2. Name (A-Z)
