Learn how to join a Zoom meeting from Boardable and still use the advantages of Boardable Spotlight.

I. Join from Boardable Meeting Page

To join from the Boardable meeting page:

  2. Log in to Boardable

  3. Navigate to the meeting page in one of the following ways

    1. Via Home

      1. Click Home from the main menu panel

      2. Upcoming meetings can be found under the heading “Meetings”

      3. Click the meeting name

    2. Via Meetings

      1. Click Meetings from the main menu panel

      2. Find the meeting on the list, confirming the list in the top right corner is set to "Published"

      3. Click the meeting name

    3. Via Groups (if applicable)

      1. Click My Groups from the main menu panel

      2. Click on the name of the group associated with the meeting

      3. Click on the meeting name under the Meetings section of the group page

  4. Click the Join Web Conference button - the Join Web Conference button will appear for any meeting that has a video conference option selected, whether it's Boardable Spotlight, Zoom, or another link

  5. This will automatically open your Zoom meeting in a new window

  6. If necessary for meeting, the Pin will be listed beneath the Join Web Conference button

II. Join from Boardable Email Invitation

To join with Zoom / Video Conference link:

  1. From the meeting invitation, click the link under Join the Zoom video conference here or Join the video conference here

    OR

  2. Zoom will go through the process of opening the meeting and requiring Zoom sign in if necessary

    1. This opens the Zoom meeting only - the Boardable Spotlight features and view will not be available

    Note: It is also recommended to open Boardable at the link shown above to review any information for the meeting you may need
