Learn how to take attendance on the meeting page and what it is used for.

I. Attendance on the Meeting Page

Each invitee's attendance of a meeting can be marked on the Boardable Meeting page. This can only be done by the following users:

  • Organization admins

  • Meeting creators / owners

  • Meeting collaborators

To take attendance from the meeting page:

  1. Navigate to the meeting page

  2. Scroll down to the People section

  3. Click the check mark next to the appropriate name under the Attendance column

    1. Green is checked (attended)

    2. Grey is unchecked (did not attend)

III. Boardable Video Auto-Attendance Tracking

Note: auto-attendance tracking is supported for Professional accounts only

For Boardable Video meetings on Professional accounts, a user's attendance is automatically set to attended when they join the meeting via the web app, desktop app, or by dialing in from a phone number associated with their account.

To see the updated attendance after a user joins a meeting, refresh the meeting page.

II. Where is it used?

Attendance on the meeting page is a quick, handy way to see who attended the meeting. Attendance on the meeting page is also used in, and for, the following:

  1. People Reports

    1. Click Reports from the main menu panel

    2. Click People on the Reports page

    3. Click Attendance from the Report drop-down (it will auto populate as Info before it is clicked and the drop down options appear)

  2. Meeting Reports

    1. Click Reports from the main menu panel

    2. Click Meetings on the Reports page

    3. Click Attendance from the Report drop-down (it will auto populate as Info before it is clicked and the drop down options appear)
