I. Edit Document Info
Organization admin can edit any file. Members can only edit files they uploaded.

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel

Click the More actions (⋮) button next to the desired file
-
Click Edit
-
The following updates can be made:
-
Change the Title
-
Edit Notes
-
-
Click Save
II. Move Single File
Organization Admins can move any files. Members can only move files they uploaded.
To move one file at a time in the Document Center:

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel
-
Click the More actions (⋮) button next to the desired file
-
Click Move
-
A Move pop-up window displays with the list of available folders
-
-
Click the desired folder
-
Click Home to move the file to the main page of the Document Center

Click Move
III. Move Multiple Files
Organization Admins can move any files. Members can only move files they uploaded.
To move multiple files at a time in the Document Center:

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel

Click the checkboxes next to the desired files to fill these in
-
Selection menu pops out at the bottom of the screen

Click Move
-
A Move pop-up window displays with the list of available folders
-

Click the desired folder
-
Click Home to move the file to the main page of the Document Center

Click Move
IV. Delete Single File
Note: deleted documents cannot be restored.
Organization Admins can delete any file. Members can only delete files they uploaded.
To delete one file at a time in the Document Center:

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel

Click the More actions (⋮) button next to the desired file

If this button does not appear, this means the editor is neither an admin nor the original uploader. To delete this file, the editor needs to first be promoted to Admin. To learn how a current admin can do so, please see Related Articles.

Click Delete

Click Ok
V. Delete Multiple Files
Note: deleted documents cannot be restored.

To delete multiple files in the Document Center:

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel

Click the checkboxes next to the desired files to fill these in
-
Selection menu pops out at the bottom of the screen

Click Delete

Click OK
V. Replace Files
Organization Admins can replace any file. Members can only replace files they uploaded.
Replacing a file lets viewers see the new document at the same address/URL of the old document, in the same location on the platform.
To replace a file:

Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel

Click the title of the desired file
-
Click the More actions (⋮) button at the top of the page
-
Click Replace
-
Click Continue
-
Click Choose file
-
Select the replacement file from the device's directory
-
Make desired updates to Title and Notes, if any
-
Click Replace
