I. Mark Favorites
Marking files as favorites enables the user to view files from various folders all in one place. It is a good idea to do this for files that need to be accessed frequently. The files remain in their original folders; this simply provides quick access.
To mark a file as favorite:
Click Documents from Boardable's main menu panel
Next to each file name, there is a star symbol
Click the star to mark a file as a favorite
It will fill the star with yellow
Note: to remove a file as a favorite, simply click the star symbol again
II. View Favorites
When a file is marked as a favorite, or starred, it is visible from the Starred menu. These files still remain in their original folders.
To view Favorites:
Click Documents from Boaradable's main menu panel
Click Starred from the Documents menu
All files marked as favorites will be displayed regardless of their folder structure
Note: only individual documents can be starred; folders cannot be starred.
