Try this quick fix to disable unwanted duplicate email notifications.
If twice the email notifications are coming through for the same Meeting or Poll, your Boardable profile's Notification settings may need to be adjusted.
-
Click on the profile Avatar (image) in the top right corner of the screen
-
Click User Settings
-
Click Settings in the top navigation menu of the Settings Page and scroll down to Notifications
-
Under Additional email addresses for notifications check whether the email address used to log into Boardable is also listed here
-
If it is listed, delete it from the field and click Save at the bottom of the page
One notification email to the Boardable login email address will be received for each Meeting or Poll by default, unless notifications have been disabled or the frequency of notifications has been grouped. The Additional Email Addresses for Notifications field is best used for individuals who may benefit from receiving these notifications for calendar management purposes, such as Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
If you're still receiving duplicate email notifications per Meeting or Poll and your login email address is not listed in the Notifications section, please contact our Product Support Team via email or click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
