Introduction to Document Center Downloads A document uploaded to the *Document Center* from the uploader's device can be downloaded by anyone with access to the file, so long is this option is not disabled. Documents can be downloaded using the web app or the desktop app. This option can be disabled by organization admins or by the uploader.  The following file types cannot be downloaded from Boardable: - Any document for which downloads are disabled, by an admin or by the uploader - Documents attached from Google Drive - Documents attached from Dropbox - Documents attached from OneDrive Documents attached from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive can be identified by the following icons: ![Download Files & Folders](https://docs.boardable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1%20Knowledge%20Base/Download%20Files%20%26%20Folders.png?width=286&height=104&name=Download%20Files%20%26%20Folders.png) Documents cannot be downloaded using the mobile app. Every time a document is downloaded, this action is visible to organization admins via the Document Audit Log.  ### **II. Download Single Document** #### By selecting document To download a file by selecting it in the Document Center: 1. Click the checkbox next to the desired document 1. *Selection* menu pops out at the bottom of the page 3. Document selected during step 2 is downloaded to device #### From More Actions Menu To download a file in the Document Center from the options in the *More Actions* Menu: 1. Click the **More Actions** button next to the desired document 1. More actions menu drops down 3. Document selected during step 2 is downloaded to device #### From Document Viewer To download a file in the *Document Center* while the document is open: 1. Click the name of the desired document 1. Boardable document viewer opens 3. Click **Download** 1. *Download* menu pops out 4. To change format of download: 1. Click field labeled *Format* 1. Options drop down 2. Click preferred format; supported options are original file format and PDF 5. Toggle private and public annotations on or off as desired 6. Download Multiple Documents To download multiple files at once from the Document Center: 1. Click the checkbox next to all desired documents 1. *Selection* menu pops out at the bottom of the page 3. Click **Download** 1. Download Folders To download the complete contents of a folder from the Document Center: 1. Click the **More Actions** button next to the desired folder 1. *More actions* menu drops down 3.
