The login page provides three login options: US, CA, and EU.
To log in, it's necessary to click the region used by the organization for data storage. This is set by the organization owner on creation of the organization. It may not match the physical location login is tried from.
Clicking a region other than that used by the organization for data storage can cause the following error messages:
These credentials do not match our records
When logging in with username and password, even if correct
Cannot find an account with this email address
When requesting a login link or password reset email, even to the correct login address
If either of these error messages come up, please try logging in with a different region selected at the top of the login page.
