I. Introduction

Organization admins can add and edit profile images for all admins, members, and observers.

Members and observers can only add and edit their own profile images.

A dark grey silhouette against a light grey background is provided as a profile image for all users who do not upload a custom profile image.

Each user can view their own profile image at the top right side of the page. Other users' profile images can be viewed on their People pages. To learn more about this, please see Related Articles.

Meeting invitees' profile images are displayed in meeting list entries for the meetings they're invited to. To learn more about meeting lists, please see Related Articles.

When a custom profile image is uploaded, a square of 40x40 px is selected from the center of the image for use in the profile. For the best experience, please select an image which is roughly square, and which centers the uploader's face.
