About This Task
Use Boardable's document center to create a library of your organization's mission-critical documents. Using the document center, you can securely store and retrieve your documents, and share them with your colleagues. Upload files from your device or from cloud services such as Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

Images & PDFs | JPEG, PNG, PDF |
ZIP | Upload many files at once |
Upload Files From Your Device
- Select Documents from the main menu.
- Select New → Upload File.
- Drag a file into the Drop files here... field, or select the field to open a file picker.
- When uploading ZIP files, select Unzip file after uploading to add the contents of the ZIP package rather than the package itself.
- Optional: Enter a title and use the notes field to describe the file's intended purpose.
- Select Disable Downloads to make the file view-only.
- Enter the names of any people or groups who should receive an in-app notification about the file.
- Select Save.
💡 Tip: Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop files into the document center, but such files are uploaded as-is. You won't have the option to notify users about the file, and you must manually edit it to add notes or disable downloads.
Upload Files From Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive
- Select Documents from the main menu.
- Select New, and then select either Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
- Sign in to the service you selected, then allow Boardable to access your files.
- Use the file picker to select the file(s) you want to upload.
- Note: You cannot import folders from these sources, only the files within a folder.
- Select Choose (or Select) to upload the files your selected.
💡 Tip: Files are labeled according to their source. If a file was uploaded from Dropbox, for example, a Dropbox logo appears in the lower right corner of the file icon.
Edit, Move, or Delete Files
- Select Documents from the main menu.
- Locate the file you want to edit, and then select More actions (⋮).
