I. Video Conferencing Options

Boardable offers several video conferencing options that can be added to a meeting:

Boardable Video: Use Boardable's built-in video conferencing feature directly within a Boardable meeting. Boardable Video meetings have a maximum duration of 3 hours.

  • Zoom: Use the Zoom integration to automatically create a Zoom meeting room for your Boardable meeting. Zoom must be integrated by the individual user.
  • Microsoft Teams: Use the Microsoft Teams integration to automatically create a Microsoft Teams meeting for your Boardable meeting. Microsoft Teams must be integrated by the individual user.
  • Custom: Use another video conferencing service by creating the meeting with your preferred external provider, then copying and pasting the meeting URL into the Boardable meeting settings.

II. Add Video Conferencing to a Meeting

To add video conferencing to a meeting:

  1. Open the Create a New Meeting menu.
  2. Under Location and Video, Boardable Video is selected by default.
  3. To use a different video conferencing option:
    1. Select Other Video from the dropdown menu.
    2. If your individual account is integrated with Zoom or Microsoft Teams, select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Complete the remaining meeting details and save the meeting.

Note: Boardable Video has a maximum meeting duration of 3 hours. If your meeting is expected to last longer than 3 hours, select another video conferencing option.
