About Roles in Boardable Video
Users can have one of two roles in Boardable Video, admin or attendee. These roles are separate from and subordinate to the global account roles assigned during account creation.
Organization admins, meeting owners, and meeting collaborators automatically inherit admin permissions in Boardable Video sessions. Other participants, such as observers and guests, can be promoted from attendee to admin status.
To see a person's Boardable Video role:
-
Join a Boardable Video session.
-
Select People from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
-
A list of meeting participants appears.
-
-
