Easy Access Meeting Page Improvements
We improved the Easy Access meeting experience to ensure reliable access to meeting materials.

Public Site Policies Experience Improvements
We made several updates to improve usability and consistency when managing and viewing policies on the Public Site.

• • Clearer required fields when creating or editing policies

  • Consistent sizing across policy components; More stable modal / card layouts

  • Improved policy search behavior

 

Governance Forms Viewing Fix
We resolved an issue that prevented admins from viewing completed governance forms.

What’s fixed

• • Completed governance forms can now be viewed reliably by admins

 

Reports Page Column Alignment
We corrected a layout issue in Reports for better readability. Report column headers now correctly align with the corresponding data fields

 

Organization Message Save Confirmation
A confirmation message now appears after successfully saving changes to the organization message

✨ This release introduces new capabilities for external meeting transcripts/recordings, Public Site privacy controls for private agenda content, and major accessibility enhancements to the Public Site ✨

 

Upload External Transcripts and Recordings with AI Insights
You can now upload transcripts and recordings from external videoconferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Meet. Once uploaded, Boardable will generate AI powered meeting insights similar to Boardable Video.

What’s included
• Upload transcripts (VTT files) and recordings (MP4, MOV, AVI) directly to your meeting
• AI generated summaries, key points, and next steps from uploaded transcripts
• Upload controls available for organizations that enable the external upload setting
• AI insights available on Pro Plus plans

Note: A transcript file must be uploaded to receive AI insights. Boardable does not generate transcripts from uploaded video recordings.

 

Private Agenda Items Hidden from Public Site
Organizations can now keep sensitive agenda details private for meetings visible on the Public Site. Private agenda sub-items remain fully visible to official meeting invitees but are automatically filtered from Public Site viewing.

What’s included
• Private agenda items only show the item’s title text on the Public Site
• Descriptions, durations, assigned people, and attached documents remain private
• The option to mark items private is available for sub-items and deeper levels
• Privacy controls appear only for meetings enabled to show on the Public Site

This ensures that organizations can share public agendas while keeping closed session details confidential.

 

Public Site WCAG Accessibility Improvements
The Public Site now meets WCAG accessibility standards, making it easier for all users to navigate and understand published content.
