Download the data in your Boardable account
Customers with Professional and Enterprise accounts can download reports that include all data recorded from the account's inception to the present day. Customers with Essentials accounts can only export data from the last 30 days. You must be an admin to export reports.
Export reports include the following kinds of data:
- Documents
- People reports: User information, meeting attendance, and task assignments
- Discussion reports: Full text of comment threads
- Note: You cannot export comments on items other than discussions.
- Goal reports: List of goal progress updates
- Meeting reports: Meeting attendance, RSVP percentages, and compiled meeting documents
- Poll reports: Results of poll votes
Except for documents, which may include various file types, all data is exported in CSV format.
