Before You Begin

The Engagement Dashboard provides a single, responsive view of meeting engagement metrics. It consolidates RSVP responses, document activity, and invitee interactions into one easy-to-navigate dashboard, allowing meeting owners and admins to assess meeting preparedness at a glance. Invitees are sorted alphabetically by last name in all tables.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Admin, Meeting Owner, or Collaborator to access the dashboard.

  • The meeting must have invitees and at least one agenda or document uploaded to display meaningful metrics.

The Engagement Dashboard includes three main sections:

Section Purpose Key Data Displayed
Invitations Tracks RSVP responses from invitees. Yes, No, Maybe, Remote and No Response rates.
Materials Activity Summarizes how invitees interact with agenda and documents. Viewed/Downloaded/Printed vs. Not Viewed.
Engagement Overview Shows a consolidated table of all invitee actions. RSVP, material views/downloads, and participation patterns.

Navigate the Engagement Dashboard

  1. From the left navigation panel, select Meetings.

  2. Choose a meeting to open its details page.

  3. Click the Engagement Dashboard tab.

Invitations

The Invitations section tracks how invitees have responded to the meeting invitation.

  • Response types include Yes, No, Maybe, and No Response.

  • Click into the Invitations Dashboard for more granular RSVP information.

  • The Time column displays the timestamp of the most recent RSVP. If there’s no response, this shows N/A.

  • Use the RSVP summary cards to view overall response distribution.

  • Refresh and Last Updated timestamps only refer to RSVP data.

Materials Activity

The Materials Activity section includes engagement data for:

  • Agenda

  • Board Packet

  • Supporting Documents

Each displays:

  • A pie chart showing Viewed/Downloaded/Printed vs. Not Viewed.

  • Click a pie chart segment to view Invitees with Activity (those who have viewed, downloaded, or printed materials).

  • The Last Activity column shows the timestamp of the invitee’s most recent interaction.

This section provides visibility into how meeting materials are being accessed and which invitees may need additional reminders to review content.

Track Engagement Overview

The Engagement Overview section aggregates all meeting interactions into a single view.

  • Filter invitees by No Activity, One Activity, or Multiple Activities to identify participation levels.

  • Use this view to gauge which invitees are fully engaging and which may require follow-up before the meeting.

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Dashboard does not load Refresh the page or check your internet connection.
Data missing in a section Verify that invitees have been added and that materials are uploaded.
Metrics appear inaccurate Try a hard refresh or clear your browser cache.
