We’ve improved the performance of the Meeting Series page to significantly reduce loading times

✨ This release includes several fixes and improvements related to meeting invitees, task reminder emails, and board packet formatting ✨

🐞 Improved Meeting Editing with Deactivated Invitees
We resolved an issue that could cause the Invitees section to stop working when editing meetings that included deactivated users.

With this fix:

• Meetings that include deactivated users can now be edited without issues

• Admins can search for and add invitees normally when editing meetings 

🐞 Task Reminder Emails Now Exclude Completed Tasks
We fixed an issue where task reminder emails could still be sent even after a task had already been marked as complete. This helps reduce unnecessary notifications.

• Task reminder emails are now only sent for incomplete tasks

✨ Improved Board Packet Page Number Formatting
We added support for configuring where page numbers appear in Board Packet and Agenda PDFs.

What’s improved

• Page numbers can now be placed in different positions within the footer to better match organization formatting preferences
