Before You Begin
A user’s login email controls how they sign in to Boardable and where they receive notifications, password resets, and account-related messages. Because a single email address can be associated with multiple boards, Boardable limits who can change a login email to prevent accidental access issues.
Admins cannot directly edit another user’s login email. Only the user or the Boardable Support team can make this change.
Prerequisites
-
Access to the user’s Boardable account or
-
Admin privileges to contact Support on the user’s behalf
-
The user’s current login email and new email address
Change Your Own Login Email
Users can update their own login email at any time from their profile.
-
Log in to your Boardable account.

Open your profile settings.
-
Update your login email address.
-
Save your changes.
The updated email becomes the new destination for all notifications and account recovery messages.
Request a Login Email Change for Another User

Which email receives notifications and password resets?
Boardable sends all notifications and account recovery emails to the user’s login email address.
What if the user no longer has access to their email?
Contact Support to verify the account and request an email update.
