📺 Introducing Live Display
Keep everyone in the room on the same page with a new real-time, projectable meeting display. It automatically shows the current agenda item, meeting progress, and motions as they happen.

Admins advance items and record outcomes from a dedicated control view, while an in-room screen and a public shareable link update automatically. No more manually updating slides or whiteboards to keep attendees informed during live meetings.

📝 More Control Over Agenda Edits
You now decide exactly when agenda updates go live.

• When you edit a published agenda, your changes are saved as a private draft instead of publishing instantly to members and public viewers. Review your edits, then publish updates on your schedule.

🔗 Jump Links in Board Packets
Navigating board packets is now faster. Board Packet PDFs link directly to the documents attached to each agenda item, so you can click an item's document link in the PDF viewer and go straight to it, no scrolling required.

Public Site visitors can now download meeting agendas and minutes as PDFs directly from the Agenda or Minutes tab
