Log in Without Password

Securely log in without a password via an email link

When a Boardable password is lost, it's possible to log in without it.

To do so from the login screen:

1. Click Log in without password

   1. Login without password menu opens

      

2. Type the login email address in the text box labeled Email Address

   

3. Click Submit

   1. The Login without password menu shows confirmation that a login link is sent to the login address

      

4. The login address receives an email containing a link to log in; click this link to access the account without a password
