Learn which region to select at the top of the log in screen
The login page provides three data-hosting regions: US, CA, and EU.
The region is where your organization's data is stored. Your account owner set this region during initial setup. You must select the region used by your organization.
Selecting a region other than the one used by your organization may cause the following errors:

"These credentials do not match our records." This error may occur when you log in, even if you entered the correct username and password.

"Cannot find an account with this email address." This error may occur when you request a login link or password reset email, even after entering the correct login address.
If you encounter either of these errors, ask your account owner which region your organization uses, then select this region when logging in.
