🐞 Fixes and Improvements

Boardable Video meeting links (SSO users)
Fixed an issue where users joining a Boardable Video meeting from a calendar link were sometimes redirected to the wrong meeting in a series after logging in with SSO. Users are now taken to the correct meeting instance.

• • If no meeting is scheduled for that day, users are directed to the Meeting Series page instead

Agenda PDF formatting
Fixed an issue where a page break appeared immediately after Meeting Details in the Agenda PDF, causing agenda content to start on page 2 instead of continuing on page 1

Document Center folder deletion
Resolved a bug where deleting a folder using the trash icon did not work. Folders can now be successfully deleted from the folder row actions

Governance Forms login handling
Fixed an issue where SSO users who clicked Governance Forms email links were not automatically redirected after logging in. Users are now taken directly to the form as expected

Document activity tracking improvements
Improved mobile API endpoints that track meeting engagement activity such as viewing agendas, board packets, and supporting documents. These updates help ensure activity is accurately captured for reporting and analytics

✨ We’ve released several improvements designed to make the Boardable experience smoother across account creation, agendas, subscriptions, and minutes editing ✨

Improved Sign Up Experience for Single Sign-On (SSO)
We’ve improved the account creation flow for users signing up with Single Sign-On (SSO)

What’s improved

• • SSO users are now automatically directed to the correct step in the sign-up process instead of landing on an empty accounts page. This makes the onboarding experience clearer and easier to complete.
    
    

     

🐞 Prevented Duplicate Organization Creation
We resolved an issue that could allow duplicate organizations to be created if the Submit button was clicked multiple times during the trial sign-up process.

• • This update helps ensure organizations are created only once and prevents accidental duplicates.

🐞 Subscription Page Payment Method Display Fix
We fixed an issue on the subscription page where the incorrect payment method could appear as active.

• • The page now correctly displays bank accounts as the active payment method when they are selected, instead of showing a previously used credit card.
    
    

🐞 Minutes Editor Heading Display Fix
We resolved an issue in the Minutes editor where newly added Heading components would not appear immediately.

• • Headings now display correctly as soon as they are added, without needing to exit and re-enter the editor.

  • Generate reports and exports of voting activity

  • Publish vote results to the Public Site for agenda items when appropriate
