Boardable Video recording fixes and duplicate meeting invitation prevention.

Resolved Issues

• Selecting a folder in the Boardable Video Recording Settings modal while “Save a copy” was enabled no longer freezes the screen, so you can choose a Document Center location for saved recordings.
• Clicking Send several times before a meeting invitation finishes processing no longer creates duplicate invitation emails and calendar events. Only one invitation and event is created per invitee while the request is in progress.

A chat support fix for trial accounts, more reliable AI minutes, and a clearer meeting scheduler confirmation.

Meeting scheduler confirmation message

Members now see a “Thank you for submitting your availability” message at the end of the meeting scheduler workflow. Previously the page stayed unchanged after submitting, which left people unsure whether their availability had gone through.

Resolved Issues

• Chat support now opens for users in trial accounts.
• Starting minutes from AI-generated minutes no longer leaves the page spinning indefinitely. The AI-generated content now copies into the minutes editor as expected.
