Click Support located at the bottom of the main menu panel

A pop-out menu displays at the bottom right side of the screen

Click Ask a question in the pop-out menu

The pop-out menu provides a chat

Type a question
-
Press Send
-
An automated answer is provided

To request a response from a live agent, click Wait for the team when prompted
