- When a meeting is deleted from a series and notifications are sent, the event now correctly removes itself from invitees’ external calendars - This applies to common calendar providers such as Google Calendar and Outlook   --- ### **November 23rd, 2025** **✨** This release introduces new document management functionality along with multiple usability improvements and reliability fixes to improve meeting access, document handling, and overall product clarity ✨ #### **Replace Documents Without Reuploading** You can now replace an existing document directly from the document page.This makes it easier to keep documents up to date while maintaining visibility into document changes. **What’s improved** - - Documents can be replaced from the Document Settings menu - A confirmation step clearly warns that existing annotations will be removed - All document replacement actions are recorded in the Document Audit Log #### **Meetings Now Sort by Most Recent in Meeting Series** We improved how past meetings display within the meeting series page for faster access to recent sessions. **What’s improved** - - Past meetings now display with the most recent meeting shown first #### **Clickable Links in the Document Viewer** We fixed an issue that prevented hyperlinks inside documents from being clickable when viewed in Boardable. **What’s improved** - - Hyperlinks inside documents now work as expected - Improves navigation when reviewing linked content #### **Improved Meeting Recording and Transcript Processing** We improved the reliability of meeting recording and transcript processing. **What’s improved** - - Reduced the number of meetings that require manual reprocessing #### **Dashboard Spacing Fix for Users Without Groups** Fixed a layout issue affecting users who are not members of any groups. **What’s improved** - - Homepage spacing now displays correctly for users without group access - Meetings and Discussions sections no longer appear cramped or misaligned --- ### **November 19th, 2025** #### **Improved Background Processing for Missing PDFs** We added a new background process to automatically detect and reprocess agenda uploads, attachments, and documents that were missing PDFs. **What’s improved** - - Automatically reprocesses files that failed to generate PDFs - Ensures agendas, attachments, and documents consistently display correctly   --- ### **November 11th, 2025** ✨ This release delivers multiple usability improvements and important bug fixes to improve meeting access clarity, regional labeling accuracy, and permission handling across the platform ✨ #### **Clearer Post-Meeting Access Button** To reduce confusion after meetings end, the post-meeting action button has been updated for better clarity. **What’s improved** - - After a meeting has ended, the button now displays **Access Meeting** instead of **Join Meeting** - This helps users quickly understand that they are viewing past meeting content rather than joining a live session. #### **Region Label Clarification for Canada** We have updated region labeling across login and trial experiences to reduce confusion for users in Canada. **What’s improved** - - All user-facing references to **CA** have been updated to **CAN** - This helps prevent misidentification between California and Canada during login and trial setup #### **Folder Sharing Recipient Accuracy** We fixed an issue where some folder sharing recipient lists appeared empty or displayed incorrect placeholder text. **What’s improved** - - Recipient lists now correctly display only eligible users and groups based on folder access rules - Placeholder text now accurately reflects available recipients #### **Public Site Admin Access Control Fix** We improved security around access to Public Site administrative pages. **What’s improved** - - Only authorized admin roles can now access Public Site admin pages - Direct links no longer bypass permission controls #### **Survey Navigation Cleanup** We removed outdated visual indicators from the app switcher for a cleaner experience. **What’s improved** - - The "New" label has been removed from Surveys across all app switcher views - This applies to Board Management, Public Site, and Forms navigation #### **Trial Messaging and Broadcast Restrictions** We updated messaging permissions for trial organizations to better align with trial intent. **What’s improved** - - Trial user invite messages are now read-only and use the default template - The Broadcast Messaging feature is now disabled for trial organizations --- ### November 2nd, 2025 ✨ This release includes multiple bug fixes and reliability improvements to enhance agenda creation, document processing, file handling, polls, group management, PDFs, and meeting invitations ✨ #### **Improved Agenda Import Reliability** We fixed an issue where agenda items could accidentally duplicate when starting a meeting from a previous agenda. **What’s improved** - - Agenda content now imports correctly, even if the option is selected more than once - Prevents duplicate agenda items when creating meetings from past agendas #### **More Reliable Document Processing** We improved how uploaded documents are processed to ensure they convert correctly and display as expected. **What’s improved** - - Automatic detection and reprocessing for failed document conversions #### **Clearer Poll Empty State Messaging** We corrected a typo and improved the empty state message shown when no polls are available. **What’s improved** - - Updated copy for better clarity - More accurate messaging when no polls exist #### **Duplicate Group Members Prevented** We resolved an issue where importing users via CSV could cause the same group member to appear multiple times. **What’s improved** - - Group membership now displays each user only once - Prevents duplicate entries when importing users who already exist #### **PDF Form Fields Now Display Correctly** We fixed an issue where fillable PDF form fields could briefly appear and then disappear. **What’s improved** - - Form fields now stay visible throughout the document - Improves usability when completing PDF forms #### **Meeting Invitation Sending Fixed** We resolved an issue where certain invite workflows could send the wrong type of email **What’s improved** -
