🆕 Meeting Engagement Dashboard
Introduced a centralized Meeting Engagement Dashboard within the Meeting Prep page to help organizers quickly understand meeting readiness and participation. This dashboard brings RSVP activity and meeting material engagement into one unified view.

What’s new

• • Centralized view of RSVP status, agenda engagement, and board packet interactions

  • 🏷️ Available on Pro, Pro Plus, and Trial plans

Improved RSVP Accuracy for Meeting Series
RSVP responses from external calendars now apply correctly across meetings in a series.

• • Previously, RSVP responses applied only to the first meeting in a series. Now, responses are accurately applied to correct meetings in Boardable.

What’s improved

• • RSVP responses now map accurately to Boardable for all options (Options: Only this meeting, This and all future meetings, All meetings in the series)

    • Users can update their RSVP for a single meeting without affecting earlier responses

  • Provides more reliable data in the Meeting Engagement Dashboard

 

Differentiate Invitees and Materials Collaborators
We added a new Collaborator type to better support users who help prepare meetings without attending them

• • Add non-invitee collaborators from the Materials tab

• • Collaborators are now grouped by type:

    • Invitee Collaborators: invitees with collaborator access
    • Additional Collaborators: non-invitees with collaborator permissions
      
      • Additional collaborators do not appear in the Invitees list and will not see Join Meeting

 

Select Voting Members from the Invitee List
Organizers can mark which invitees are voting members for more accurate minutes.

What’s new

• • New Voting Members column with controls to toggle each invitees' voting status

  • Only those marked as voting members appear in the Minutes > Votes component

Improved Meeting Cancellation Emails for Guests
We fixed an issue where guests removed from a meeting were not receiving cancellation emails.

What’s improved

• • Removed guests now correctly receive meeting cancellation emails

  • Prevents canceled meetings from continuing to appear on guest calendars

This ensures guests always have accurate meeting status in their inbox and calendar.

 

Google Drive Files Now Render Correctly
We fixed an issue where some Google Drive files were not displaying correctly in Boardable. This ensures users can reliably view all supported Google Drive documents inside Boardable.

This release introduces a new Public Site capability for policy documents, improves clarity around board packet generation with Dropbox files, and fixes a mobile app issue affecting board packet visibility

 

🆕 Attach PDFs to Policy Items on the Public Site
Admins can now add PDF attachments directly within Policy Items for inline viewing on the Public Site.

• • Upload PDF files directly to individual Policy Items

  • View attached PDFs inline on the Public Site

Clearer Warning for Board Packets with Dropbox Attachments
We improved the messaging shown when Dropbox files are included in a Board Packet. 

What’s improved

• • Users now see a clear warning before attempting to generate a Board Packet with Dropbox attachments
  • Explains the Dropbox limitation ahead of time to prevent any confusion

 

Board Packets Now Display Correctly on Mobile
We fixed an issue where Board Packets were not appearing for meetings in the mobile app.

• • Published Board Packets now display as expected on mobile devices
