Learn how to add and view private notes to an agenda

I. Introduction
Agenda notes can house information and questions about agenda items, which should not be visible to anyone else with access to the same document.
II. Admin — Add Personal Agenda Notes
To add personal notes to an Agenda as an organization admin, meeting creator, or meeting collaborator:

Navigate to in-browser view of the agenda

Click an item in the in-browser view of the agenda

My Notes menu opens on the right side of the page
-

Click into text box labeled Add a note
-
Add desired text
-
The following formatting options are supported
-
Bold
-
Italics
-
Bulleted list
-
Numbered list
-
Hyperlink
-
-
-
Click Save
-
Personal note is added to in-browser view
-
Note button appears next to agenda item selected during step 2

Number next to this button indicates the number of personal notes added to the agenda item

III. Admin — View Personal Agenda Notes
To view the personal notes added to an agenda as an organization admin, meeting creator, or meeting collaborator:

Navigate to in-browser view of the agenda

Click the Note button next to an agenda item

All personal notes attached to the agenda item expand on the top right side of the page

The information below is displayed alongside each note:

Agenda item note is added to
-
Date note was added
-
Time note was added
-

IV. Admin — Edit Personal Agenda Notes
Note: Note continues to display time and date of original note after edit; not the time or date of the edit
To edit a personal note added to an agenda as an organization admin, meeting creator, or meeting collaborator:

Navigate to in-browser view of the agenda

Click the Note button next to an agenda item

All personal notes attached to the agenda item expand on the right side of the page

Hover the mouse cursor over date and timestamp of note

The Edit button appears to the right of this

Click the Edit button

The Edit note menu appears

Click into the Edit Note text box
-
Make desired changes to text
-
Click Save
-
Changes made during step 6 are saved

V. Admin — Delete Personal Agenda Notes

To delete a personal agenda note as an agenda:

Click the Note button next to an agenda item

All personal notes attached to the agenda item expand on the right side of the page

Hover the mouse cursor over the time and date of a note

The Edit button appears to the right of this

Click the Edit button

The Edit note menu appears

Click the Trash button
-
Delete note modal pops out

Click OK

Note is deleted
