Introduction Organization admins can add and edit profile images for all admins, members, and observers. Members and observers can only add and edit their own profile images. A dark gray silhouette against a light gray background is provided as a profile image for all users who do not upload a custom profile image. ![profile-placeholder](https://docs.boardable.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1%20Knowledge%20Base/profile-placeholder.png?width=176&height=176&name=profile-placeholder.png) Each user can view their own profile image at the top right side of the page. Meeting invitees' profile images are displayed in meeting list entries for the meetings they're invited to. When a custom profile image is uploaded, a square of 40x40 px is selected from the center of the image for use in the profile. For the best experience, please select an image which is roughly square, and which centers the uploader's face. ### II. Upload & Edit Profile Image Admins, members, and observers can upload a profile image for their own accounts via the steps below: 1. Click the current profile image or gray silhouette at the top right side of the page 1. Options drop down 2. Click **Choose a new Image** 1. Device's directory opens 2. Select desired image from directory 1. Selected image is set as profile image Admins can upload a profile image for others using the steps below: 1. Open the *Edit Profile* page: 1. From *List view:* 1. Remove Profile Image Removing a profile image (instead of editing it) causes the account to use the default profile image (a dark gray silhouette against a light gray background).
