✨ This release introduces new Boardable Video meeting-level controls, fix for Google Drive documents in Agendas, and improvements to group header image handling ✨

🆕 Granular Controls for Meeting Recording, Transcription, and AI
Meeting Admins can now manage recording, transcription, and AI Summary settings individually during meeting setup

    • Enable or disable recording, transcription, and AI Summary separately when creating or preparing a meeting
    • Settings lock once the meeting begins to support privacy and compliance
Boardable Video option is selected with 3 new toggle controls showing

 

Google Drive Documents Now Display Correctly in Agendas
We resolved an issue where Google Drive files added directly to an Agenda were not displaying properly

What’s fixed

    • Google Drive documents now display correctly and are accessible
    • Added fallback logic so external documents without filenames still render properly


Group Header Images No Longer Revert
A fix was applied to prevent group header images from resetting to default backgrounds.

What’s fixed

    • Existing group header images are now preserved when updating group settings

Updated Billing Dashboard and Pricing Pages
We refreshed the UI for both the Billing Dashboard and the Self Service Pricing page.

 

Attach Previous Meeting Minutes to an Agenda Item
You can now link past meeting minutes directly to an agenda item using Attach a document.

 

Admins Can Now Edit a User’s Name
Admin capabilities to modify user profiles. Now able to update a user’s name even after their first login.

    • Important Note: Admins cannot edit a name if the user belongs to multiple organizations


Public Site Meeting List Enhancements

    • Upcoming and Past meetings separated into tabs
    • All filters, sorts, and search options available in both tabs
    • Groups collapse into a single tag when more than two are listed

OneDrive Documents Display Correctly in Agendas
Fixed an issue that caused OneDrive documents added to an agenda item to show an error page

    Agenda Content Now Visible in Boardable Video
    We fixed an issue that prevented some users from viewing agenda content during meetings.

    What’s fixed

      • Non-admin users can now view agenda content while meetings are in progress

    Meeting Scheduler Calendar Icon Displays Correct Date
    We resolved an issue where the calendar icon could show the incorrect day.

    What’s fixed

      • Calendar icons now accurately reflect the scheduled meeting date
