I. Meeting Documents in Boardable Video
Meeting documents are listed on the meeting page under the heading Documents. For easy access during a meeting, these files can be viewed through the navigation panel.
To view documents in a meeting:

Join the Boardable Video conferencing session

Click on the document icon (the button showing two stacked sheets of paper) from the meeting content menu at the left side of the conferencing screen

Document titles are listed in the meeting content panel at the left side of the conferencing screen
-

Click on desired document title
-
Selected document opens in the meeting content panel at the left side of the conferencing screen
-
By default, this uses 30% of the screen
-
To maximize content panel (and minimize video panels of other participants):
-
Click Expand panel to 50% or Expand panel to 80% (buttons showing partially filled squares at the top right side of the content panel); content panel expands to use the screen percentage selected during step 2

To switch between view with and without annotations, use the View / Annotate toggle at the top of the content panel

To return to a list of meeting document titles, click Close at the bottom of the content panel

The following users can upload meeting documents via Boardable Video:

Organization admins
-
The meeting's creator / owner
-
Meeting collaborators
Files can be added to meeting documents from the following sources:

Only files from the document center (what comes up after clicking Documents on the leftmost menu) can be added to meeting documents

Files cannot be added to meeting documents from group pages

From uploader's device
To upload files from the device during a video session:

Upload source locations drop down

Click Upload a file

From Boardable Document Center
To add a file from the Boardable Document Center to meeting documents during a video session:

Hover over the desired file; circle displays

Click this circle to fill it with a checkmark and select it

Repeat steps 8-9 until all desired files are selected
