View Last Activity

Learn how admins can view the most recent activity of others in the organization

The date of the most recent login for each current member, observer, and admin is viewable to admins via the People directory.

The date of the most recent logins by guests and deleted members, observers, and admins is not stored.

Before someone logs in for the first time, the Last activity field in the People Directory displays their invitation status, from:

• Invitation delivered

  • Invitation delivered, and not yet used to set up account

• Invitation not sent

After someone logs in for the first time, the Last activity field in the People Directory displays the date of their most recent login.

To view this information:

1. Click People on the main menu panel

   

2. Find Last Activity field
   
   1. From list view, date listed in last activity column
      
   2.  From grid view, date listed beneath person’s name
