Learn how to submit date preferences for a find-a-date meeting

I. Introduction to Find-a-date Meetings

Meetings which use the scheduler offer multiple meeting dates and times to meeting invitees. Invitees can then select their availability from these options.

When invited to a find-a-date meeting, an email containing the following is received:

  • The body text "Please review the dates below and respond with your availability."

  • List of date options

  • Link to Respond with availability in Boardable

  • Button to View meeting

    • Clicking either option opens the meeting page, where invitees can complete scheduling poll

II. How to Fill Out Scheduling Poll

When invited to a find-a-date meeting, use the steps below to share availability with the meeting creator:

  1. Click View Meeting in the system message received regarding the meeting,

    1. Or navigate to the meeting page another way; see Related Articles to learn how to do so

  2. Click the checkbox next to the desired date(s)

    1. Multiple dates can be selected

    2. If I'm not available any of these dates is selected, all other choices will be cleared on saving

  3. Click Save

  4. Availability selected during step 2 is visible to admins and meeting creators
