When a Boardable password is lost, it's possible to log in without it. 

1. Login without password menu opens

Type the login email address in the text box labeled Email Address

1. The Login without password menu shows confirmation that a login link is sent to the login address

The login address receives an email containing a link to log in; click this link to access the account without a password

1. If Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, this must be completed in order to finish login; to learn how to do this, please see <a href="#h_545d033f9e">Related Articles</a>

1. Click Log in without password

3. Click Submit
 1. The Login without password menu shows confirmation that a login link is sent to the login address

4. The login address receives an email containing a link to log in; click this link to access the account without a password
