Before You Begin
Integrating Zoom with Boardable saves time by allowing Boardable to create Zoom meetings directly from your account. Once integrated, Zoom links are automatically added to meeting invitations and visible in the meeting details.
Benefits include:

Boardable automatically creates Zoom meetings and links.

Invitees receive the Zoom link in their meeting invitations.

Invitees can join directly from the Boardable meeting page.
You can connect your Zoom account from User Settings or during Meeting Creation.
Integrate Zoom from User Settings
Integrating Zoom through your profile connects your account for all future meetings.

Log in to Boardable.

Click your profile image in the top right corner and select User Settings.

Go to the Integrations tab.

In the Zoom section, select Connect.

Sign in to your Zoom account when prompted.

On the Zoom authorization screen, review the information and select Authorize.

Return to Boardable — your Zoom account is now connected.
If the authorization page does not appear or you receive an error, your Zoom administrator may need to enable the integration.
Integrate Zoom During Meeting Creation
You can also connect your Zoom account while setting up a meeting.

From the main menu, select Meetings > + Add Meeting.

Enter meeting details.

Under Video Options, select Zoom, then choose Connect Zoom.

If prompted, sign in to Zoom and select Authorize.

Once authorized, Zoom is connected, and the meeting will automatically use a Zoom link.

Complete meeting details, add participants, and select Save.

To finalize and send Zoom invitations, select Publish Meeting > Full Meeting, adjust notifications if needed, and select Publish.
Troubleshooting

Authorization errors: Your Zoom admin may need to approve Boardable as a connected app.

Missing Zoom option: Verify that your Zoom account is active and integration permissions are granted.

Zoom link not appearing: Ensure the meeting is published — draft meetings do not send invitations.
