Need to send an important message to your board members outside of a meeting? Create a Broadcast Announcement in Boardable to make sure your members get the information they need.

Only account Administrators / Owners & Members who are Group Admins have access to the Broadcast Announcements feature.

Only the first few lines of a broadcast announcement’s body text is preserved in Notifications History. To store a complete copy, the sender can add themself to the recipient list.
II. How to use Broadcast Announcements
In the top right corner, click the megaphone icon.
Step 1: Enter a Subject
Step 2: Choose to Send To
Step 3: Enter a Message
Step 4: Click Send Announcement to send your message
