I. Mark Progress on the Agenda

Administrators, Group Admins, and Collaborators of the meeting can mark progress during the meeting. The agenda updates are made in real-time, allowing meeting participants to observe the meeting's progress.

  1. Click Meetings in the main left navigation menu, then select the desired meeting

  2. Click Join Web Conference in the meeting Details section to enter the virtual meeting

    1. From the next window the option to join the meeting will appear if the meeting has already been opened by another participant; if the meeting has not yet started there will be an option to start the meeting and allow others to join. Select the option that is most appropriate

  3. To view the agenda and mark progress, click on the agenda icon at the top of the left-hand navigation menu

  4. Click the checkmark to the right of the agenda item that should be marked as finished, the gray circle around the check will turn green and the item will be grayed-out to indicate that it has been completed

  5. When an item is checked off, all sub-items associated will be minimized, allowing participants to observe the meeting's progress and view the next agenda item

II. Make Live Agenda Updates

Administrators, Group Admins, and Collaborators of the meeting can add, delete, and rearrange agenda items and files during the meeting.

The agenda updates are made in real-time, allowing meeting participants to view the changes during the meeting.

  1. Click Meetings in the main left navigation menu, then select the desired meeting

  2. Click Join Web Conference in the meeting Details section to enter the virtual meeting

    1. From the next window the option to join the meeting will appear if the meeting has already been opened by another participant; if the meeting has not yet started there will be an option to start the meeting and allow others to join. Select the option that is most appropriate

  3. To make changes to the agenda during the meeting, click the home icon toward the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu to open the meeting page in a new tab, while keeping the virtual meeting open

  4. In the meeting page click Agenda in the top navigation menu

  5. Within the Agenda section of the meeting page, edits can be made to the agenda in the same manner as when building an agenda, or when editing outside a meeting. Items may be added, removed, or rearranged, and meeting participants can view the changes in real time during the meeting
