1. Join Web Conference menu opens

Review the camera, microphone, and speaker selections in the Join Web Conference menu

1. To change selections: 
 1. Click the field beneath Camera, Microphone, or Speaker; options drop down
 2. Click desired option
2. To turn off camera before joining:
 1. Click Turn off
3. To turn off microphone before joining:
 1. Click Mute
4. To add a visual background before joining, click Effects

5. To turn on noise reduction before joining, click Reduce

1. Log in to Boardable
2. Navigate to the meeting page
