The only reason that a Boardable user would experience blocking issues would be if Boardable views the user as a possible security risk (due to the nature of the user's VPN or firewall). If you are experiencing this, please do one of the following:

- Click Contact Support , this opens help center chat in the lower right corner of the page, to reach a support team member
