I. Goals

Note: Goals can only be viewed from the mobile app, and not created or edited

Goals that are not archived can be viewed in the mobile app.

There are two ways to view the full list of active goals:

  1. From the Home screen

    1. Near the bottom of the Home screen next to Goals, tap View All

      1. From the list of goals displayed, tap the goal name to view details

  2. From the bottom menu

    1. Tap More to reveal a side menu

      1. Note: users with the role of Observer do not see the Docs option

    2. Tap Goals

      1. From the list of goals displayed, tap the goal name to view details

To view a quick summary of the goals, swipe through them on the Home screen by lightly pressing your finger on the Goals section and swiping left. To view details, tap any goal displayed.

II. Polls

Polls can be viewed in the mobile app. The ability to respond to a poll is also available.

Notes:

  • Polls can only be viewed from the mobile app, and not created or edited

  • Due date and comments are not visible in the mobile app

  • Unpublished or closed (past due date) polls are not displayed in the mobile app

  • Polls are displayed on meeting pages, and not on group pages β€” all polls are visible through More > Polls.

  • Incomplete polls are polls the viewer has not yet voted on; complete polls are open polls the viewer has responded to

  • Only polls the viewer is assigned to are visible on the mobile app; admins cannot see polls assigned to other users

To access and respond to polls:

  1. Tap More from the bottom menu

    1. Note: users with the role of Observer do not see the Docs option

  2. Tap Polls

  3. Incomplete polls are displayed by default - if a description was added to the poll, it are visible under the poll name

    1. To view completed polls, tap Complete

      1. The answer you provided is displayed

      2. The percentages on the side of the answers adjust as voting continues, but it does not display how many more votes are pending

    2. To go back to incomplete polls, tap Incomplete

      1. The polls that you personally have not completed are listed

  4. To respond to a poll

    1. Tap the desired response

    2. Tap Submit

    3. The poll then moves to the Complete tab

  5. Tap the back arrow at the top of the screen to go back to the Home screen (or the meeting page if the poll list was accessed through a meeting page)

III. Tasks

Tasks can be viewed in the mobile app. The ability to mark a task complete is also available.

Notes:

  • Comments are not visible in the mobile app

  • Due dates for tasks are only displayed on the Home screen

  • Only tasks assigned to the viewer are visible on the mobile app; admins cannot see tasks assigned to other users

  • Incomplete tasks are tasks the viewer has not yet completed; Complete tasks are those the viewer user has completed

  • The status of tasks not assigned to the viewer are not displayed

There are two ways to view the full list of tasks:

  1. From the Home screen

    1. All incomplete tasks are listed on the Home screen.

    2. The task date (if assigned) and status (overdue) are also listed on the Home screen

    3. To view all tasks, tap any task or tap View All

  2. From the bottom menu

    1. Tap More to reveal a side menu

    2. Tap Tasks

When the task list is open:

  • Incomplete tasks are be displayed by default

    • Tap Complete to view completed tasks

      • These are tasks that you personally have completed (if others are assigned to the task, their status is not included here)

      • Tap the check box to remove the checkmark if the task was marked complete in error (the task moves to the Incomplete tab)

    • Tap Incomplete to view incomplete tasks

      • These are tasks that you have not completed

      • Tap the check box to mark the task complete with a checkmark (the task moves to the Complete tab)

      • Note: to view the due date of a task, check the Home screen

Tap the back arrow at the top of the screen to go back to the Home screen (or the meeting page if the task list was accessed through a meeting page)

To create a task:

  1. Navigate to the Tasks menu as described above

  2. Tap the + button at the bottom right side of the screen

  3. Tap in to the text box labeled Say Something

  4. Type the task description / title

  5. Tap the field labeled Due date

  6. Tap the desired due date from the date picker this pops out

  7. Set assignees as wanted

    1. To add assignees:

      1. Tap the field labeled Select user/group

      2. Tap the Search text box this drops down

      3. Type the desired assignee's name

      4. Tap their name from the menu this drops down

        • The user selected during step iv is listed beneath the Select user/group field

    2. To remove assignees:

      1. Tap the X next to a user's name beneath Select user/group

    3. By default, the creator is assigned to the task; remove them as described above if wanted

  8. Tap Create Task

    1. The task is published and added to the Incomplete task list
