Each Boardable user sets their own password. These passwords must be at least 8 characters. A list of the top 1,000 most commonly used passwords is prohibited.

Are passwords encrypted?
Yes, passwords are all fixed, salted, and encrypted.
Does my session ever expire?
User sessions do expire however “Remember Me” is a long term session.
Can I enable 2FA?

When I type the last password I remember, I see the message "these credentials do not match our records."
This likely means the password submitted is not correct. To reset the password, or use an alternate login option, please refer to Related Articles.
