Learn how to mark a status as Complete or Incomplete.

I. Mark Task Complete

A task assignment can be marked complete by the following users:

  • Organization admins

  • The task's creator

  • The task's assignee

  • Meeting collaborators (for meeting tasks)

  • Meeting creators (for meeting tasks)

  • Group admins (for group tasks)

When a task has only one assignee, this assignee's completion marks the task complete.

When a task has multiple assignees, it is marked incomplete until all assignees are marked as completed.

To mark a task complete:

  1. Navigate to the desired task page

  2. Click the checkmark at the top right side of the task page, filling this in

II. Mark Task Incomplete

A task assignment can be marked incomplete by the following users:

  • Organization admins

  • The task's creator

  • The task's assignee

  • Meeting collaborators (for meeting tasks)

  • Meeting creators (for meeting tasks)

  • Group admins (for group tasks)

To mark a task incomplete:

  1. Navigate to the desired task page
